We’re passionate advocates for operationalizing equity and igniting profound transformational change in the organizations with which we work.
We are change agents who help organizations dig in and sow the seeds of equity, inclusion, and antiracism. We also support organizations in cultivating alignment between their core values and policies to generate a transformative culture shift.
Transparent communication, intentional planning, and impactful action are a few of the key tools we help organizations leverage so those seeds take root.

Our Name
Roots are a source of strength. They play an integral role in how things grow. Roots determine future possibilities: how one will grow, how much one will grow, and what and how many fruits one will bear. Roots give life.
Organizations like plants, have roots. We believe an organization’s values, policies, and culture are its roots. Organizations that root themselves in equity and continually nurture those roots thrive. Being rooted also provides the grounding to weather the inevitable storms and seasons of change all organizations experience.
We aspire to see a world full of organizations Rooted in Equity.
Levon and Jess approach this work with so much kindness, empathy, and openness which allows everyone to feel heard and that they have something to contribute. They are exceptionally skilled at supporting people in working together towards a solution. Their guidance has allowed us to ask hard questions and see our policies and systems in new ways. This will allow us to make our policies and procedures more equitable and to leverage more resources to reach our students where they are.
