If we can begin to address racial inequities head on, we’re better equipped to dismantle other oppressive systems and structures.

We strive to uncover and understand the various ways in which power, privilege, and influence shape decision making and resource allocation. By analyzing power, we help organizations identify and address systemic inequities, ensuring that DEI efforts are informed by power dynamics.
